With our Sure Price Service, you simply pay for quality servicing as you require it with no fixed contract. The all-inclusive package covers all labour (using factory- trained engineers), lubricants, grease, JCB filters and any other JCB parts required as specified in the service schedule – so what you see is what you get, with no surprises.
All products used during a Sure Price Service are genuine JCB parts, recommended fluids and lubricants, designed to maintain the performance of your JCB machines while providing great value for money.
An annual maintenance contract or AMC allows you to plan and manage your machine maintenance budget, with the reassurance that your machine is receiving the best support available with added value due to full-service history. These agreements offer a high degree of flexibility: you can set up an AMC at the time of machine purchase or any subsequent point. For complete peace of mind and total budget predictability, an AMC is the ultimate solution.
Our Service Engineers and Technicians can undertake regular visits to ensure that your machine remains in the optimum condition, anticipating any action that needs to be taken to maximise productivity, uptime and profitability.
Oil sampling is included as a major preventative measure on large wheel loaders and excavators, allowing you to foresee problems, nip them in the bud and therefore maximise the machine’s uptime.
AMC’s are available for up to 5 years or 10,000 hours of machine usage – or longer periods on request. We are flexible to your requirements.
